Sourced from decades past—1981, 1998, 2001, and 2006-2009—rare deadstock film was studied to inspire this ground-breaking scent. It opens with a sharp, metallic burst of acetic acid and camphor, ingredients historically used in both perfumery and photography. The fragrance develops with a sweet yet industrial accord reminiscent of freshly cracked film canisters, VHS tapes, and cassette reels, before settling into a warm, subtly acidic dry-down that lingers like the memory of a darkroom in action.
