Shipping policy

UK Shipping:

We ship all orders using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked Delivery for reliable and cost-effective service. Please note:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, order cut off time is 12pm GMT Monday - Saturday. 
• Delivery Time:
• Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked usually delivers within 2-3 working days (processing time + shipping is approx 5-7 days).
• Express Delivery is Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked is typically 1-3 working days Monday - Saturday. (processing time + shipping is approx 3-5 days) Please be aware this may vary from location to location.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Tracking: Royal Mail 48 Hours and Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked

Shipping rates:

• Orders under £30 - Standard £3.50 48 Hour Tracked or Express 4.50 24 Hour Tracked
  
• Orders over £30 - free 48 Hour Tracked

If you have not received you order within the above timeframe please wait 10 days post purchase date to email as there may be a delay with Royal Mail, especially during busy periods of the year. 

 

Internationally Shipping:

If you're located outside the UK, you may be able to use a UK parcel forwarding service. These companies provide you with a UK delivery address, then forward your order to your country.

Examples of parcel forwarding services include Forward2Me, MyUKMailbox, and ForwardVia. These are provided for convenience only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by us.

Please note that any forwarding service is arranged entirely at your own risk. We are only responsible for delivery to the UK address provided at checkout and cannot accept responsibility for delays, damage, loss, customs charges, import duties, or any issues that occur after your order has been delivered to the forwarding company.
