We ship all orders using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked Delivery for reliable and cost-effective service. Please note:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, order cut off time is 12pm GMT Monday - Saturday.
- Delivery Time:
- Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked usually delivers within 2-3 working days (processing time + shipping is approx 5-7 days).
- Express Delivery is Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked is typically 1-3 working days Monday - Saturday. (processing time + shipping is approx 3-5 days) Please be aware this may vary from location to location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Tracking: Royal Mail 48 Hours and Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked
Shipping rates:
- Orders under £30 - Standard £3.50 48 Hour Tracked or Express 4.50 24 Hour Tracked
- Orders over £30 - free 48 Hour Tracked
If you have not received you order within the above timeframe please wait 10 days post purchase date to email as there may be a delay with Royal Mail, especially during busy periods of the year.
