What It Smells Like
Smoky Mountain Mallow opens with a powerful wave of wood smoke, immediately evoking a crackling campfire, charred timber and cold air carrying the scent of a distant fire. Nutmeg and smoked black tea add a dry, spicy edge beneath the smoke.
As it develops, the smoke begins to soften and the resinous character of amber, labdanum and guaiacwood becomes more apparent. The result is warm, dark and woody rather than simply smelling like burning wood.
The marshmallow gradually emerges in the dry down, adding a creamy sweetness to the smoky woods. It remains a smoke-led fragrance for many wearers, but the balance can shift considerably towards sweet marshmallow depending on skin chemistry.
