What It Smells Like
Haunted Souls opens with a slightly metallic-citrus brightness from bergamot, quickly deepened by saffron’s dry spice and a soft creamy floral undertone from coco blossom. The opening feels atmospheric rather than sweet, leaning into an abstract, moody tone.
As it develops, jasmine and tuberose become more noticeable, but they are not traditionally bright or fresh. Instead, they feel dimmed and slightly narcotic, giving a heavy floral presence that reinforces the darker theme.
In the dry down, patchouli, smoky myrrh and leather dominate. The fragrance becomes earthy, resinous and slightly smoky, with a lingering leathery warmth that sits close to the skin. The florals fade into the background, leaving a shadowy, incense-like finish.
