What It Smells Like

Amaretto in the Melting Room opens with a surprisingly complex combination of bitter orange peel, peach stone and sacramental bread. The orange gives the opening a bright, slightly bitter edge, while the peach stone creates an almond-like impression. The bread note adds a dry, lightly starchy quality that keeps the opening from becoming purely sweet.
